Initial plan studies

Rachelle's list of parameters was thorough and challenging. The first order of business became circulation up from the garage into the kitchen, then circulation from the main floor to the master suite. The elevator shaft had to be accounted for as well. I discovered a few things of note during the meeting: the second guest room needs to be minimized and have no bath attached; the kitchen needs to move forward and to the north; and the small dining area was more important than I realized.
