The second round of sketches focused on the New Studio Structure with some consideration for the pool. The studio should be only as large as necessary to function properly (300sf) and will be comprised of the following elements: efficiency kitchen; small, full Bath; equipment closet; and room for recording equipment as specified by Jim. Obviously, the character and aesthetics will mirror the Master Suite addition, and the hope is that if both can be constructed simultaneously there will be some cost savings as a result of efficiencies of tasks.
